WHX was established in June, 2005 in Shenzhen, China. In 2012 annual sales were $6.5 million, 60% exported overseas, the main market is Europe (70%) and it is now selling in the US through PCB Unlimited. Production Capabilities

  • WHX mainly produce double layer printed circuit boards (50%) and they can produce multiple player boards (up to 20 layers).
  • The production capacity is 7000M2 per month and is currently running at 80%.
  • Most of their orders are high-mix-low-volume (less than 100M2) and quick-turn printed circuit boards.

Production Process Control / Quality Control

  • WHX hold the certificate of ISO9001, and almost all printed circuit boards are UL certified;
  • They buy from approved vendors and do IQC for every lot of material before entering the warehouse.
  • The warehouses are running FIFO.
  • For machining (profiling, drilling, V-cut, etc.), they check 1st article 100% and randomly inspect the dimension for later production,
  • For plating, they check the chemical of each tank before every shift (two shifts a day).
  • They cut and check the thickness of plating for each lot.
  • There are work instructions on each station, and a routing sheet showing the progress of and requirement.
  • Every printed circuit board goes through E-test + visual check at the FQC, after that, two quality personnel take random visual check before shipment
  • Equipments are maintained as scheduled and records are well kept
