SD 3642 Semiautomatic stencil printer, with many advantages, it is cost effective, Stencils do not need mounting holes, positioning of PCB’s is simple with the use of magnetic placeholders, the printer can be used for single as well as double sided printed circuit boards, even if there are already components on one side. The printer is unique because of the vertical lift of the top frame; the paste will be vertical so it will give you the best result for the Placement of components, and its heavy duty frame.

When the PCB is placed on the placeholders, push the button to start functions, the frame with the stencil will move above the PCB, if it is necessary adjust the side knobs very gentle until you find the perfect alignment, this set up have to be done only once in the beginning of the production. Apply solder paste on the stencil’s side then the printer will spread it automatically and homogeneously by moving the squeegee. It is possible to squeeze more than once over the stencil, just make sure there is no excess of solder paste across the surface. After the stencil is lifted the table with the PCB is moving automatically to the stop position. Remove the PCB with the paste and place a new PCB, press the start button.
