Please provide only one Artwork file per Label/Decal or Overlay/Panel. If you need to add special instructions such as locations and sizes of cut outs please create a detail layer in your Artwork file. Please note that clear windows can not be produced digitally with this CMYK process. Please return and use the spot color process.

Technical Specifications
|
- Minimum stroke width: 1pt
- Minimum letter height: 8pt or .125" tall bold non-serif type style
- Minimum cut out size: Lexan polycarbonate .25"
- Minimum clear window size: Lexan polycarbonate .0625"
- Maximum decal size of 1 dimension is 12.5"

For larger text size bold font is not necessary, however serifs or strokes will need to be at least 1 pt. wide for best quality.

Digital Printed Decals are substrates from a wide selection of materials that can be printed with various techniques to achieve the style, color and patterns the customer needs. The main advantage of a Digital Printed Decal is that they are done using a Four Color Process that can come up with any color. They can be die cut to specific measures to fit in where you want them, with a range of textures and adhesives for any type of surface. Digital Printed Decals have different types of finishes like glossy, antiglare, matte, among others.
Decals have a great variety of uses, from information to decoration. Use them on interface control panels, cars, walls, machines, appliances, exercise and entertainment equipment, among others. Some of the most common uses are:
Branding: Get your company image on the products, or on company walls, help your marketing by communicating your brand through out your customers.
User information: Perhaps the most common purpose of all, use decals on industrial control panels to tell the users the functions of a component, or in your player to know which button to press, help measure the information given by a gauge, you can even use them to communicate if an area is restricted, where the emergency exit is, or if a machine is hot and must not be touch by your personnel.
Decoration and Advertisement: Use decals on laptops, walls, cars, bikes, trucks, either for decoration or advertise your product, or company with the help of a Digital printed decal.
