NITRO-FLO ELECTRONIC GRADE BAR SOLDER - Individual Bars
Stencils Unlimited's Nitro-Flo Electronic Grade bar Solder is cast under an inert atmosphere which produces an ultra low oxide bar. Stencils Unlimited pioneered an automated system that casts every bar without the use of manual labor to eliminate contaminates. This proprietary manufacturing process yields a bar that will produce the lowest dross levels during soldering operations.

Nitro-Flo bars are manufactured to exceed the requirements of J-STD-006. Nitro-Flo bar solder is packaged in 50-pound boxes.

Stencils Unlimited provides compete laboratory services to ensure each customer's soldering operations are within specifications. An analysis report showing the elements and levels of each can be furnished within 24 hours of receipt of a sample. A dross recycling program is also available to ensure your wave soldering needs are handled from start to finish.
