The self-developed controller is specially design for the lead-free wave solder machines and reflow ovens. Compare with PLC, it have quicker response, more compatible and powerful ability for future extension
The software has the functions like PCB counting, temperature setting and editing, PCB parameter menu, and profile testing, alarms and multi-languages conversion. In the meanwhile, the software is designed to alert you about safety issues like the wave motor is running at safe temperature, if not then it will power offthe machine, heat-up solder pot in sequential order, etc
The one-week timer will provide an amazing function; the operator can edit his work schedule for this wave solder machine weekly. The machine can be programmed to turn on automatically to melt the solder material before the operator comes to work. When it�s time to work, the solder material is already melted and everything is ready to start working. It will save about 1.5 hours everyday
