The manual Pick & Place system CMS-2000 with manipulator arm CMS-1000 Compact is a low cost modular system that can be added accordingly to your requirements, designed for SMT prototype printed circuit board assembly.With built-in vacuum pump and with the CMS-1000 Which is a professional manipulator arm, used for Pick & Place of SMD components and also for dispensing of solder cream and/or glue. The manipulator arm has a unique switch feature for Pick & Place of components, operator can pick a component by placing the ‘Pick & Place’ pipette in a descending motion over the component desired move the arm to the place on the circuit board where component goes then by turning the small knob on the arm the vacuum will be released and the component is placed. The same system is used for dispensing. By clicking the needle, glue or solder cream, it is dispensed either continuously or in small dosages.
The manipulator arm CMS-1000 Compact with automatic pipette has a very light movement over the printed circuit boards, and can be operated left or right handed, built-in spot light provides an optimal light source for your work.
Also the placer comes with two anti static trays with 42 bins each for SMT components.
Options: tape and stick feeders, The CMS-2000 placing system can be used together with the vacuum-dispenser unit CMS-200 for high accuracy in solder paste or glue dispensing is guaranteed.

Dispenser CMS 200
The CMS-200 microprocessor controlled Vacuum and dispenser unit, incorporates a digital timer with adjustable dispense time. Low viscosity fluids can be easily dispensed with this unit, the barrel vacuum avoids dripping.
The CMS has also a vacuum output to connect the Pick & Place manipulator arm CMS-1000 Compact. Regulation of the vacuum to the size of components to be used, can be adjusted by a vacuum valve.

Feeders
We introduce a series of feeders for easier handling of components, housed in tape or in plastic sticks, which are interchangeable on the feeder base plate, CTF-360. Exchanging tape or stick feeder is simple, no tools are required.

Storage unit with 10 drawers. Each drawer has an insert tray with 35 antistatic bins.
